摘要
氧化亚氮临床作为吸入型麻醉剂,在环境学中多被当作温室气体和工业尾气监测和处理。由于其具有一定的神经麻醉作用,氧化亚氮作为一种价格低廉、尚未列入管制的精神类药物替代品,娱乐性使用趋势逐渐上升。氧化亚氮的长期使用会对中枢神经系统造成一定损伤,一次性吸入过高浓度甚至会导致窒息死亡。目前对氧化亚氮的分析多聚焦于环境方面,体内分析研究报道较少。本文综述了氧化亚氮对机体作用机制及其过度使用的危害性,重点介绍了对氧化亚氮的常规分析方法以及其他分析方法的研究进展,为氧化亚氮的体内分析技术开发提供了基础。
Nitrous oxide is used as inhaled anesthetic in clinical field,and it is mostly considered as greenhouse gas and industrial exhaust to monitor and deal with in environmental science.Because of its certain neuroanesthetic effect,nitrous oxide is regard as a low-cost and unregulated substitute for psychotropic drugs.Recreational use of nitrous oxide is rapidly increasing.The abuse of nitrous oxide will cause certain damage to the central nervous system.Inhalation of high concentration at one time will even lead to asphyxia and death.At present,the analysis of nitrous oxide mostly focuses on the environment,and there are few reports on in vivo analysis and research.This paper summarizes the mechanism of nitrous oxide on the body and the harm of its abuse,and focuses on the research progress of conventional analysis methods and other analysis methods of nitrous oxide,which provides a basis for the development of in vivo analysis technology of nitrous oxide.
