海桐花属药用植物研究进展

Research Progress on Medicinal Plants of Pittosporum

海桐花属(Pittosporum)植物在民间广泛药用,普遍具有清热解毒、祛风除湿、消肿止痛等功效。现代研究表明该属植物中主要含有三萜、倍半萜、单萜、木脂素、苯丙素、黄酮等化合物,具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗炎、镇痛等药理活性。因此,本文将概述近十年来海桐花属药用植物化学成分和药理活性的研究进展,为本属植物的深入研究和开发利用提供参考。

Plants of the genus Pittosporum are widely used in the folk,and generally have the functions of clearing heat and detoxifying,expelling wind and dampness,reducing swelling and relieving pain.Modern research shows that this genus mainly contains triterpenes,sesquiterpenes,monoterpenes,lignans,phenylpropanoids,flavonoids and other compounds,which have anti-tumor,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,analgesic and other pharmacological activities.Therefore,this paper will summarize the research progress of the medicinal phytochemical components and pharmacological activities of Pittosporum in the past ten years,and provide a reference for the in-depth research,development and utilization of the genus.
