摘要
纯碱是一种重要的基础化工原料,其生产工艺主要有天然碱法、联碱法和氨碱法。在氨碱法中,氨碱母液中常常含有粗砂、砾石、硫酸钙、氢氧化钙等颗粒,常常造成管路堵塞、传送设备磨损等问题。本研究将污水处理中常用的粗颗粒分离装置引入纯碱工业,利用计算流体力学的方法计算与分析设备中流体与颗粒的运动情况,系统研究设备挡板位置、高度和螺旋桨的扰动对流体与颗粒运动的影响,以期延长氨碱法纯碱生产工艺过程中设备的使用寿命。
Soda ash is an essential primary chemical raw material,and its production processes mainly include the trona method combined alkali method,and ammonia alkali method.In the ammonia alkali method,the ammonia base mother liquor often contains coarse sand,gravel,calcium sulfate,calcium hydroxide and other particles,which often cause problems such as pipeline blockage and wear of transmission equipment.This study introduces the crude particle separation equipment commonly used in sewage treatment into the soda ash industry,calculates and analyzes the movement of fluids and particles in the equipment by using computational fluid dynamics methods,and systematically studies the influence of the position,height and perturbation of the propeller on the movement of fluids and particles in order to extend the service life of the equipment in the process of ammonia-alkali soda ash production process.
