SPECT甲状腺显像患者对医务人员的辐射剂量估算研究

Study on radiation dose estimation on medical staff from patients with SPECT thyroid imaging

目的估算医务人员接触行SPECT甲状腺显像的患者时所受到的辐射剂量,探讨其对医务人员健康的影响。方法随机选择在我科行SPECT甲状腺显像的24例患者,在注射高锝[99m Tc]酸钠注射液约20 min后,使用辐射巡测仪分别在患者体表、距离患者1 m处和2 m处,测量γ射线辐射剂量率,根据测量数据对医务人员接受的辐射剂量进行估算。结果核医学医师和技术人员所接受年辐射剂量估算值低于120μSv,临床及其他医技部门医务人员,若每年接触100位行SPECT甲状腺显像后的患者,并与患者保持1 m或2 m距离,其所接受年辐射剂量估算值分别低于96μSv或45μSv。结论行SPECT甲状腺显像患者,对医务人员的辐射剂量远低于国家标准规定的放射性工作人员剂量限值(20 mSv/年)和公众剂量限值(1 mSv/年),其对医务人员健康产生的影响极小。

Objective By estimating the radiation dose on medical staff from the patients who undergoing SPECT thyroid imaging,and to explore its impact on the health of medical staff.Methods Twenty-four patients who underwent SPECT thyroid imaging in our department were randomly selected.About 20 minutes after injection of sodium pertechnetium[99m Tc]injection,radiation survey instrument was used for measuringγ-ray radiation dose rate on the patient’s body surface,1 meter and 2 meters away from the patient,respectively.The radiation dose received by medical staff is estimated based on the measurement data.Results The estimated annual radiation dose received by nuclear medicine physicians and technicians was less than 120μSv.If medical staff in clinical and other medical technology departments contacted 100 patients who underwent SPECT thyroid imaging every year,and kept 1 or 2 meters away from the patients distance,the estimated annual radiation dose received was lower than 96μSv or 45μSv,respectively.Conclusions The radiation dose of patients undergoing SPECT thyroid imaging to medical staff is much lower than the radiation dose limit(20 m Sv/year)and the public dose limit(1 m Sv/year)stipulated by the national standard,which has little impact on the medical staffs.
