摘要
目的分析某院门急诊抗菌药物处方不合理原因,促进抗菌药物合理使用。方法收集该院2021年全部门急诊抗菌药物处方,统计不合理处方,分析不合理用药原因。结果2021年门急诊处方79418张,其中抗菌药物处方515张,门急诊抗菌药物使用率为0.65%。不合理处方共60张,其中3张处方有2项不合理情况,共计63项。不合理处方类型分别是处方无医生签名、书写字迹难以辨认的;未写临床诊断或临床诊断书写不全的;医师未按照抗菌药物临床应用管理规定开具抗菌药物处方;适应证不适宜;遴选的药品不适宜的;用法、用量不适宜。结论该院门急诊抗菌药物处方存在一定不合理情况,需进一步加强门急诊抗菌药物的管理,采取各种有效措施促进抗菌药物的合理使用。
Objective To analyze the irrational reasons of outpatient and emergency antimicrobial agents prescriptions in a hospital,and to promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents.Methods All outpatient and emergency antimicrobial agents prescriptions of the hospital in 2021 were collected,irrational prescriptions were counted,and the reasons of irrational drug use were analyzed.Results In 2021,the number of outpatient and emergency prescriptions was 79418,including 515 antimicrobial agents prescriptions,and the utilization rate of outpatient and emergency antimicrobial agents was 0.65%.There were 60 irrational prescriptions(11.65%),of which 3 prescriptions had 2 unreasonable items,totaling 63 items.The types of irrational prescriptions were as follows:prescriptions without a doctor’s signature and illegible writing;failing to write clinical diagnosis or incompletely writing clinical diagnosis;doctors did not prescribe antimicrobial agents in accordance with the regulations on the clinical application of antimicrobial agents;unsuited indication;unsuited selection drugs;unsuited usage and dosage.Conclusions There are some unreasonable cases in the outpatient and emergency antimicrobial agents prescription in this hospital.It is necessary to further strengthen the management of outpatient and emergency antimicrobial agents and take various effective measures to promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents.
