穿越大型溶洞公路隧道大体积复合充填技术

摘要 依托穿越大型溶洞的宣鹤高速太平隧道工程,综合利用低强度混凝土+泡沫混凝土+高分子聚合物发泡树脂的复合充填技术,并使用振捣机器人和格栅混凝土提高隧道施工的效率和安全性。经过现场监测分析,该大体积绿色复合充填技术具有很好的结构稳定性,在节约高耗能水泥混凝土用量的同时能减轻结构自重35.4万吨,节省造价约2160万元;具有绿色环保优势。 Based on Taiping Tunnel engineering of Xuanen—Hefeng Expressway,which passes through a large karst cave,a composite filling technology comprehensively utilizing low strength concrete,foamed concrete and polymer foaming resin was proposed,meanwhile,vibrating robot and geogrid concrete were used to improve the efficiency and safety of the tunnel construction.Through field monitoring analysis,the large volume green composite filling technology is of good structural stability.It can reduce the consumption of high energy-intensive concrete,and the dead weight of the structure by 354 thousand tons,so that the project cost may save by about21.6 million Yuan.The technology has such advantages of green environmental protection.
