摘要
本文通过两个食品经营企业抽检不合格食品核查处置案例,分析探讨食品经营企业在食品及原料采购环节管理存在的问题,从食品安全角度提出优化管理的对策,进一步规范食品经营企业食品及原料采购验收进货查验行为。
This paper analyzes and discusses the existing problems in the management of food and raw materials procurement in food enterprises through two cases of inspection and disposal of unqualified food in sampling inspection of food enterprises.Based on the perspective of food safety,this paper puts forward countermeasures to optimize management and further standardize the purchasing of food and raw materials in food enterprises.
