摘要
随着人们消费水平的提高和食品行业的快速发展,食品的种类和制作方法日益多样,但食品质量与安全问题日渐突出,因此人们对食品质量与安全提出了更高的要求。本文从烘焙食品生产原料、生产过程、检测技术等方面可能出现问题的节点进行分析,并提出控制措施,以期有助于提升食品企业烘焙产品的质量与安全。
With the improvement of people’s consumption level and the rapid development of the food industry,the types and production methods of food are increasingly diverse,but food quality and safety problems are increasingly prominent,so people put forward higher requirements for food quality and safety.This paper analyzes the possible problems in the raw materials,production process,detection technology and other aspects of baking food production,and proposes control measures to help improve the quality and safety of baking products in food enterprises.
