摘要
为评定气相色谱-串联质谱法测定芹菜中联苯菊酯残留量的不确定度,本研究参照JJF 1059.1—2012的要求,依据GB 23200.113—2018的标准方法,采用内标法定量,通过对检测微量联苯菊酯过程中主要的不确定度来源进行分析,寻找控制测量准确度的方法。结果表明,95%置信区间下,k=2,芹菜中联苯菊酯的测量值为0.046 mg·kg^(-1),其扩展不确定度为0.00678 mg·kg^(-1);各项不确定来源中对检测结果影响最大的是标准溶液配制。
In order to evaluate the uncertainty of the determination of bifenthrin residues in celery by GC-MS/MS combined with internal standard quantitative method,we analyzed the main sources of uncertainty in the determination of trace bifenthrin according to GB 23200.113—2018 and JJF 1059.1—2012,and the methods to control the measurement accuracy was discussed.The results showed when the residue of bifenthrin in celery was 0.046 mg·kg^(-1)(P=95%,k=2),the expanded uncertainty was 0.00678 mg·kg^(-1),and the greatest impact on the detection results among various uncertainty sources was the preparation of standard solution.
