菌落总数测试片定量检测的方法验证

Verification of Quantitative Detection Method of Colony Test Piece Technique

本试验应用菌落总数测试片方法,探究其在奶及奶制品、饮料、冷冻食品、肉制品、方便食品和宠物食品这6类食品中快速测定大肠埃希氏菌总数的可行性,并与国家标准检测方法《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验培养基和试剂的质量要求》(GB 4789.28—2013)比较,进行定量检测结果符合率、相关性和差异性的分析,验证菌落总数测试片测定结果的准确性。结果显示,菌落总数测试片法与国标检测方法测定结果的符合率达100%;不同类型样品菌落测试片法与国标检测方法的测定结果均为强相关,R^(2)值均达0.999以上;F值均小于F crit,且P值大于0.05。两种方法检测结果无显著性差异。菌落测试片法具有快速、简便、能抑制菌落蔓延且易于观察等优点,相比国标检测方法菌落计数时长缩短1/2。在实际应用中,既可确保检测的准确性,又可提高检测效率。

Utilize the colony test piece technique to assess the viability of its rapid detection of total Escherichia coli in six different food categories,including milk and dairy products,beverages,frozen foods,meat products,convenience foods,and pet foods.Additionally,the accuracy of the colony test piece technique was confirmed by using the results of GB 4789.28—2013 test for the compliance rate,correlation,and significance analysis.The outcomes demonstrated that the coincidence rate between the colony test piece technique and the national standard test method was 100%.In tests using various types of samples,both results were highly correlated,with R^(2)values above 0.999.Additionally,neither F value is larger than F crit,and P value is less than 0.05,showing that there is no significant different between the results of the two methods.The colony test piece technique has the benefits of being rapid,user-friendly,capable of stopping the spread of colonies,and easy to monitor.Compared to the national standard method,the time spent was cut in half.In actuality,it may ensure detection accuracy while also improving detection effectiveness.
