摘要
淀粉是重要的食品原材料之一,因此淀粉的生产与深加工质量对于整个食品加工业的发展有十分重要的意义。酶制剂作为淀粉生产与深加工中的重要材料,正随着技术的不断发展发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文以淀粉生产与深加工为背景,探讨酶制剂的有效应用方式,以期为各食品生产加工企业提供有效提升生产能力和竞争力的思路,为淀粉生产和深加工的有效优化提供帮助。
Starch is one of the important food raw materials,so the production and deep processing quality of starch is of great significance for the development of the whole food processing industry.As an important material in starch production and deep processing,enzymes are playing an increasingly important role with the continuous development of technology.Based on starch production and deep processing as the background,this paper discusses the effective application mode of enzyme preparation,in order to provide effective upgrading ideas for food production and processing enterprises,promote the continuous improvement of production capacity and competitiveness,and provide help for the effective optimization of starch production and deep processing.
