农产品安全检测中SPR生物传感技术应用探讨

摘要 农产品安全作为当今社会持续关注的热点之一,与人们的生活质量、身体健康及生命安全息息相关。目前,蔬菜、水果中的农药残留和重金属污染超标,畜牧产品中检出致病菌、兽药残留甚至是非法添加物等事件时有发生,这就要求人们在日常监管过程中快速、有效地筛查出不合格的农产品,切实保障农产品安全可食用。其中,将SPR作为一种新型的生物传感技术用于农产品的安全性测试,可以提高其检测的准确率和效率。本文对SPR生物传感技术应用进行概述,以供相关人员参考。 Agricultural product safety,as one of the continuing concerns in today’s society,is closely related to the people’s quality of life,physical health and life safety.At present,excessive contamination of pesticide residues and heavy metals in vegetables and fruits happens when pathogenic bacteria,veterinary drug residues or even illegal additions are detected in livestock products,which requires us to screen out the substandard agricultural products quickly and effectively in the daily regulatory process and ensure the safety and edible of agricultural products.Among them,using SPR as a new type of biosensor technology in the safety test of agricultural products can improve the accuracy and efficiency of its detection.This paper summarizes the application of SPR biosensor technology for reference.
