“双区驱动”战略下佛山高校科技创新能力评价研究

加强科技创新是高校发展的重要内涵,开展科技创新评价有利于佛山高校更好地融入“双区”建设。本文分析了佛山高等教育的发展现状,结合佛山高校发展特征,在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,梳理了佛山高校科技创新的影响因素,借助层次分析法,从创新队伍、创新能力两个投入方面指标和创新成果、创新影响、人才培养三个投出方面指标,建立了佛山高校科技创新评价指标体系,并对评价结果进行了分析。

Strengthening scientific and technological innovation is an important connotation of the development of colleges and universities.The evaluation of scientific and technological innovation is conducive to the better integration of Foshan colleges and universities into the"dual zone"construction.This paper analyzes the development status of higher education in Foshan,analyzes the influencing factors of scientific and technological innovation in Foshan universities in combination with the development characteristics of Foshan universities.With the help of analytic hierarchy process,the evaluation index system of scientific and technological innovation in Foshan universities is established from two input indicators of innovation team and innovation ability,and three input indicators of innovation achievements,innovation impact and talent training,and the evaluation results are analyzed.
