Centennial Review and Future Prospect of Rural Ecological Environment Protection of the Communist Party of China

中国共产党成立一百年以来的农村生态环境保护实践可以划分为五个阶段:1921—1949年“革命”主题下的局部实践期;1949—1978年“建设”主题下的初步探索期;1978—2002年“改革”主题下的全面展开期;2002—2012年“科学发展”主题下的整体推进期;2012年以来“新时代”的深化拓展期。百年农村生态环境保护最重要的经验是始终坚持中国共产党的领导,以及价值维度上坚持以农民为中心、实践维度上遵循农村生态发展规律、认识维度上坚持辩证思维。新时代新征程,在中国共产党的领导下,我国要以农民为中心,推动农村生态治理效能化;坚持农村生态发展规律,推进农业产业生态化;坚持辩证思维,推动农村生活绿色化,以实现乡村振兴和全面社会主义现代化建设。

The practice of rural ecological environment protection since the founding of the Communist Party of China can be divided into five stages:the local practice period under the theme of"revolution"from 1921 to 1949;The preliminary exploration period under the theme of"construction"from 1949 to 1978;The comprehensive development period under the theme of"reform"from 1978 to 2002;The overall promotion period under the theme of"scientific development"from 2002 to 2012;The deepening and expansion period of"new era"in 2012.The most important experience of rural ecological environment protection in the past century is to always adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,and adhere to farmers as the center in the value dimension,follow the law of rural ecological development in the practical dimension,and adhere to dialectical thinking in the cognitive dimension.In the new era and new journey,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,China should focus on farmers and promote the efficiency of rural ecological governance;Adhere to the law of rural ecological development and promote the ecology of agricultural industry;Adhere to dialectical thinking and promote the greening of rural life in order to realize rural revitalization and all-round socialist modernization.
