首钢水钢高炉降低无水炮泥消耗实践

摘要 高炉无水炮泥消耗高不仅影响高炉冶炼炉况稳定顺行,同时随着生产成本压力的增加,高炉炮泥消耗高严重影响铁成本的降低。2021年以来,通过采取有效的控制措施,实现了高炉无水炮泥消耗的降低。本文分析了高炉炮泥消耗高的原因,制定了降低炮泥消耗的措施,通过实施,降低了炮泥消耗。 The high consumption of anhydrous gun-mud in blast furnace influences not only the stable and smooth operation of blast furnace but also the reduction of iron cost with the increase of ironmaking production cost.Since 2021,the reduction of consumption of anhydrous gun-mud has been realized by effective control measures.In this paper,the reasons of high consumption of gun-mud are analyzed,the measures to reduce the consumption of gun-mud are made,and the consumption of gun-mud is reduced by carrying out the measures.
