水钢高线精轧机电控系统优化改造

摘要 本文介绍水钢钢轧事业部高线精轧机的运行现状,结合设备自身的特点,提出优化和改造方案。通过对精轧机LCI升级为GL150控制改造、精轧主电机编码器接线端子箱及支架、精轧机主电机绕组温度监控优化改造,精轧机停机率比改造前大幅度降低,设备运行稳定。 The running situation of finishing mill in high-speed wire rod rolling line in our department is introduced in this paper.According to the characteristics of finishing mill,an optimization and improvement scheme is put forward.By upgrading the control system of finishing mill from LCI to GL150,optimizing the terminal box and its bracket of main motor encoder of finishing mill,and improving the temperature monitoring of main motor winding coil of finishing mill,the shutdown rate of finishing mill is greatly reduced and the finishing mill runs stably.
