无导线心脏起搏器的研究现状与展望 被引量:3

摘要 心脏起搏器已在临床工作中广泛应用,从非生理性起搏到生理性起搏,从有导线起搏到无导线起搏,起搏器的发展有目共睹。起搏器在缓慢型心律失常的患者中得到广泛应用。新型无导线起搏器能减少起搏器相关并发症,在临床中,相较于传统起搏器具有显著优势。然而,仍存在起搏方式单一,不能进行生理性起搏,以及拔除更换上经验不足等问题。相信随着无导线起搏的发展,迈入真正的无导线时代并非天方夜谭。现就无导线心脏起搏器的研究现状与展望做一综述。 Cardiac pacemaker has been widely used in the clinical work.From non-physiological pacing to physiological pacing,from lead pacing to leadless pacing,the development of pacemaker is obvious to all.Pacemaker is widely used in patients with bradyarrhythmia.The new leadless pacemaker reduces pacemaker-related complications and offers significant advantages over conventional pacemaker in the clinic.However,there are still problems such as a single pacing method,the inability to perform physiological pacing,and insufficient experience in removal and replacement.It is believed that with the development of wireless pacing,it is not a fantasy to enter the real wireless era.The research status and prospects of leadless cardiac pacemaker is reviewed in this paper.
