Research Status of Related Factors of Early Chest Pain After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)是冠心病治疗的重要手段之一,能减轻或消除冠状动脉狭窄或闭塞,恢复心肌的充足血液供应,缓解临床症状。PCI成功后早期胸痛(即术后48 h内出现的胸痛)是一种常见的临床症状,约占全部患者的1/3。然而成功PCI后早期持续性胸痛的病理生理具有异质性,观察胸痛的特点并能正确地判断出疼痛形成的原因,选取合适的治疗方案对挽救患者的生命具有重要意义。现将PCI后早期持续性胸痛因素分为缺血性胸痛和非缺血性胸痛,缺血性胸痛可引起患者突然严重的心律失常、休克以及原因不明的严重心力衰竭,必须及时、准确地治疗与处理。非缺血性胸痛虽然不会引起严重的心血管并发症,但可使患者的生活质量下降。现分析PCI后早期胸痛持续存在的相关原因,综合其最新研究进展对PCI后早期胸痛的相关因素进行论述。

Percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)is one of the important methods for the treatment of coronary heart disease,which can alleviate or eliminate coronary artery stenosis or occlusion,restore sufficient blood supply to myocardium,and relieve clinical symptoms.Early chest pain after successful PCI(chest pain within 48 hours after operation)is a common clinical symptom,accounting for about 1/3 of all patients.However,the pathophysiology of early persistent chest pain after successful PCI is heterogeneous.It is important to observe the characteristics of chest pain and correctly judge the cause of pain formation,and select appropriate treatment plan to save the patient’s life.Now,the factors of early persistent chest pain after PCI are divided into ischemic chest pain and non-ischemic chest pain.Ischemic chest pain can cause sudden severe arrhythmia,shock and severe heart failure of unknown cause,which must be treated and treated timely and accurately.Although non-ischemic chest pain does not cause serious cardiovascular complications,it can reduce the quality of life of patients.The purpose of this article is to analyze the related causes of early chest pain after PCI,and discuss the related factors of early chest pain after PCI based on the latest research progress.
