摘要
为探究喷雾系统中不同影响因素对室内高温环境的降温效果,搭建了室内高温环境和喷雾系统实验平台。研究了喷嘴流量、喷嘴布置高度及喷嘴数量对局部环境温度、相对湿度的影响规律,分析了不同影响因素下喷雾系统的降温效率。结果表明:增大喷嘴的流量,可以有效提升喷雾系统对高温环境的降温效果;喷雾系统的降温效率随喷嘴布置高度的增大而增加,随喷嘴数量的增加而增大;喷雾时间在10 min内降温效率的提升较为显著,研究结果为喷雾降温系统设计提供指导。
To explore the cooling effect of different influencing factors in the spray system,an experimental platform of indoor hot environment and spray system was built.The influence of nozzle flow rate,nozzle arrangement height and number of nozzles on local environmental temperature and relative humidity were studied.The cooling efficiency of the spray system under different influencing factors was analyzed.The results showed that the cooling effect of the spray system can improve effectively as the nozzle flow rate increased.The cooling efficiency of the spray system decreased with the the nozzle arrangement height,and increased with the number of nozzles.The improvement of the cooling efficiency was significant when the spraying time is within 10 min.The results of the study provide guidance for the design of spray cooling system.
