烧结烟气湿法脱硫废水处理技术研究

Study on treatment technology of desulphurization wastewater by wet process of sintered flue gas

根据石灰石-湿法脱硫工艺特性,介绍了新钢烧结烟气湿法脱硫废水产生及回用的基本情况。通过对废水水质的研究与总结,结合现有成熟的废水处理技术,针对主要污染指标,寻求和论证经济、可靠、有效的处理方法。经过一系列的调研、实践论证,烧结脱硫废水处理后,直排排放的技术尚不成熟,不具备稳定运行的条件,处理成本高且会带来其他污染问题,从绿色环保角度考虑,当前最优方案为“零排放”。

Based on the characteristics of limestone-wet desulfurization process,this paper introduced the basic situation of the production and reuse of the waste water from wet fgd of sintering flue gas in Xinyu Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.On the basis of the existing mature wastewater treatment technology,through the study and summary of wastewater quality,we seeked and demonstrated economical and reliable as well as effective wastewater treatment technology for major pollution index.After a series of investigation and practice,it is proved that the technology of direct discharge after the treatment of sintering desulfurization wastewater is not mature.Them does not have the conditions for stable operation,and their treatment cost are very high as well as along with other pollution problems.At present,the best solution is"zero emission"for green environmental protection.
