开放教育助推乡村人才振兴路径研究--以贵州开放大学为例

Study of Rural Talents Revitalization Boosted through Open Education:Taking Guizhou Open University as an Example

新国发2号文件赋予贵州“四区一高地”的战略定位,贵州要实现开放教育持续有效输送农村实用性优秀人才、培养优秀基层干部、加强教育意识、阻断贫困“代际遗传”、巩固脱贫攻坚成果等目标,需立足于开放教育教学。在乡村振兴的道路上,通过吸收借鉴农村人才培养的先行经验,建立健全人才培训制度、加强新型职业农民培养、发挥职业教育优势、整合多种教育形式、丰富开放教育思政学习资源等途径助推贵州乡村人才振兴。

Guizhou is given a strategic positioning to be'four areas and a new upland'in the new No.2 Document of State Council in 2022.As a result,the goals are required to be achieved through open education,such as continuous and effective delivery of rural practical talents,training outstanding grassroots cadres,strengthening the awareness of education,blocking the'inter-generational inheritance'of poverty,consolidating our achievements in poverty alleviation and so on.Based on open education teaching method,absorbing and drawing on the advance experience of rural personnel training,we need to boost Guizhou rural talents revitalization by establishing and improving the personnel training system,strengthening the training of new types of professional farmers,exploiting the advantages to the vocational education,integrating multiple education forms,enriching ideological and political learning resources in open education and so on.
