贵州飞地经济模式发展路径研究

Research on the Development Path of Guizhou Enclave Economic Model

“飞地经济”是我国区域经济协调发展的新模式,经过多年的研究实践,已经取得了较好成效,为民族地区、落后贫困地区的经济发展提供了借鉴经验。贵州具有代表性的首个飞地工业园是大龙石阡产业园,在全省经济协同发展和探索上已先行走出了一步,但贵州“飞地经济”整体发展仍面临体制机制不完善、管理水平较低、利益分配不均等诸多困境。为进一步提升飞地园区的质量,更好地实现“黎从榕”三地对接融入粤港澳大湾区,文章重点探究贵州“飞地经济”的模式选择,提出构建和完善“飞地经济”模式的对策建议。

Enclave economy"is a new model of coordinated development of regional economy in China.After years of research and practice,it has achieved good results,providing reference for the economic development of ethnic minority areas and poor areas.The first representative enclave industrial park in Guizhou is the Dalong Shiqian Industrial Park,which has achieved good results in economic coordinated development and exploration.However,the overall development of Guizhou enclave economy still faces many difficulties,such as imperfect system and mechanism,low management level,and uneven distribution of interests.In order to further improve the quality of enclave parks and better realize the integration of the"Li Cong Rong"three places into the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area,this paper explores the mode selection of enclave economy in Guizhou and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to build and improve the enclave economy model.
