Revitalization of rural organizations is the guarantee for rural revitalization.This thesis analyzes the dilemma of the rural grass-root party organizations in Congjiang County in playing a leading role in the rural revitalization work,and expounds the effective path to maximize the role of the party building leadership in consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively linking the rural revitalization,so as to build a strong rural grass-root party organization and make it a strong battle fort to lead the rural revitalization.
