摘要 公共建筑已经成为建筑行业节能减碳的重要领域。双碳背景下,针对公共建筑在运行过程中的碳排放现状、规律及减排路径开展研究。通过文献调研的方法,全面掌握北京市大型公共建筑的建筑规模、能源结构、能耗强度、能源政策、技术发展情况等;在此基础上,确定北京市大型公共建筑的碳减排路径及重点任务,进一步预测公共建筑碳排放强度及碳排放总量。 Public Building has become an important area of energy saving and carbon reduction in the construction industry.Under the dual-carbon background,this paper studies the current situation,regularity and emission reduction path of public buildings in the process of operation.Through the method of literature research,the building scale,energy structure,energy consumption intensity,energy policy and technology development of large-scale Public Buildings in Beijing are comprehensively mastered,the carbon emission reduction paths and key tasks of large-scale public buildings in Beijing are determined,and the carbon emission intensity and total carbon emission of public buildings are further predicted.
