车载部件振动特性研究

摘要 针对车载部件疲劳失效、故障失效等问题,目前建立的动力学模型无法准确反映车载部件行驶中的特性。利用集中质量法,考虑车载部件本身的刚度,建立了整车及车载部件的十自由度动力学模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink对模型进行了仿真分析,得到了车载部件在行驶中的特性。分析结果表明:车载部件在车辆运行过程中的振动幅值比车身质心处的振动要小;对比车载部件的垂向振动特性以及车载部件侧向和纵向的振动特性,其垂向振动幅值远大于侧向和纵向的振动幅值,对车载部件在车辆行驶过程中的特性有一定的参考意义。 Aiming at the problems of fatigue failure and fault failure of vehicle components,the dynamics model established at present cannot accurately reflect the characteristics of vehicle components in driving.Using concentrated mass standard,consider the stiffness of automotive components themselves,set up ten-degrees-of-freedom dynamic model of vehicle and vehicle parts by using MATLAB/Simulink model for the simulation analysis,get the features of automotive parts in driving.The analysis results show that the vibration amplitude of the vehicle parts during vehicle operation is smaller than that at the vehicle body centroid;Comparing the vertical vibration characteristics of vehicle-mounted components and the lateral and longitudinal vibration characteristics of vehicle-mounted components,the vertical vibration amplitude is much larger than the lateral and longitudinal vibration amplitude,which has certain reference significance to the characteristics of vehicle-mounted components in the process of vehicle driving.
