多功能播种机-株距可调式变速器设计

摘要 针对目前市场上播种机播种功能单一、间距调节困难等问题,设计了一款间距可调式8挡变速器多功能播种机。首先,在选择合理传动方案基础上,进行株距可调式变速器传动机构设计计算,结合株距可调式变速器输入轴的转速,计算出该变速箱的所有传动比、各齿轮模数及各齿轮齿数,进而完成轴上零件的设计;其次,采用三维建模、运动学分析和有限元分析等方法,构建变速器三维模型,计算得出齿轮产生的最大等效应力为54.484 MPa,发生在齿根附近,并且由齿根到齿顶逐渐减小,计算得出最大频率为165 Hz;对6阶模态下箱体的变形进行分析得到,当壳体超过2阶模态时,不会引起共振。上述结果表明:分析可调式变速器及变速箱的动态性能、齿轮强度等,对于指导间距可调式变速器的设计具有重要作用。 Aiming at the problems of single seeding function and difficult spacing adjustment of seeders in the current market,a multifunctional seeder with adjustable spacing and eight-gear transmission is designed.First,select a reasonable transmission scheme.On the basis of this scheme,design and calculate the transmission mechanism of the plant spacing adjustable transmission.Combined with the speed of the input shaft of the plant spacing adjustable transmission,calculate all transmission ratios,gear modules and gear teeth of the transmission,and then complete the design of the parts on the shaft.Secondly,the three-dimensional model of the transmission is constructed by means of three-dimensional modeling,kinematics analysis and finite element analysis;The maximum equivalent stress produced by the gear is 54.484 MPa,which occurs near the tooth root and decreases gradually from the tooth root to the tooth top;It is calculated that the maximum frequency is 165 Hz.The deformation of the box under the sixth mode is analyzed.When the shell exceeds the second mode,it will not cause resonance.The above results show that analyzing the dynamic performance and gear strength of adjustable transmission and gearbox plays an important role in guiding the design of variable pitch transmission.
