悬挂式深松机耕深监控装置开发与试验 被引量:1

摘要 针对深松作业时用户无法有效监控耕地深度的问题,以悬挂式深松机耕深为检测对象,研究了一种基于三点悬挂装置下拉杆与水平方向夹角和车身侧倾角的耕深监控装置。对深松机组悬挂结构进行分析,建立了深松机水平及侧倾作业时耕深计算模型,以下拉杆与水平方向夹角和车身侧倾角的变化间接确定耕深;设计了耕深监控装置,装置内置MPU6050模块可实时得到角度变化并反馈耕深值。为验证装置的性能,进行了田间试验,结果显示,耕深最大误差不超过1.1 cm,表明该悬挂式深松机耕深监控装置精度高、稳定性好,符合设计要求。 Aiming at the problem that users could not effectively monitor the depth of cultivated land during deep loosening operation,a monitoring device for the depth of cultivated land based on the included angle between the pull rod and the horizontal direction of threepoint suspension device and the side angle of car body was studied by taking the depth of cultivated land of suspended deep loosening machine as the detection object.Based on the analysis of the suspension structure of the subducting unit,the calculation model of the subducting unit tillage depth during horizontal and lateral operation was established.The tillage depth monitoring device was designed.The MPU6050 module in the device could get the angle change and feed back the tillage depth value in real time.Field tests were carried out to verify the performance of the designed device.The results show that the maximum error of the tillage depth is less than 1.1 cm,which indicates that the monitoring device of the tillage depth of the suspension tillage depth machine has high precision,good stability and meets the design requirements.
