电动外后视镜折叠器控制系统仿真优化

摘要 针对汽车外后视镜电动折叠器动态特性差和耗能大的问题,研究汽车外后视镜电动折叠器控制原理,设计了汽车外后视镜电动折叠控制系统。运用ADAMS与MATLAB软件对汽车外后视镜电动折叠器进行了PID控制联合仿真。通过PID控制器控制参数调控,得到合理的电动折叠器控制仿真效果,调节PID控制器比例环节和积分环节系数的控制参数,优化汽车外后视镜电动折叠器的启动特性和转速跟随特性。 For the problems of poor dynamic characteristics and high energy consumption of the electric folding device,the author analyzes the control principle of the electric folding device and designs the control system.The author makes a joint simulation of PID control for the control system of electric folding device.This simulation mainly uses ADAMS and MATLAB software.The control parameters of the PID controller are regulated,and the reasonable control simulation effect of the electric folding device is obtained.The control parameters of proportional link coefficient and integral link coefficient of PID controller are also adjusted.Finally,the starting characteristics and speed following characteristics of the electric folding device for automobile exterior rearview mirror are optimized.
