摘要
城市作为现代社会的实在景观,集中展示了现代性的奥秘。但在对城市哲学的探讨中,城市的定位仍处于被简化的境遇。在生命政治哲学的谱系中,城市不仅是地理空间,更应是治理模式,这构成了城市概念的“术语革命”。作为治理手段,城市以法之例外的装置群进行权力的溢出式治理,这成为城市病态现象的肇端。城市的生命政治治理在今天也孕育了生命的共同性财富,成为对抗例外装置危机的有力武器,为城市的良性筹划提供了可能。立足中国现实,中国的城市治理需要合理吸收西方生命政治哲学给予城市的“术语革命”,同时更需要批判性超越此种范式的局限性,为中国城市文明以及人类文明新形态的持续性建构提供理论支撑。
As the real landscape of modern society,the city displays the mystery of modernity. However,in the discussion of city philosophy,the positioning of the city is still in a simplified situation. In the pedigree of biopolitics philosophy,city is not only a geographical space,but also a governance model,which constitutes the“terminological revolution”of the concept of city. As a means of governance,cities carry out power spillover governance through State of Exception,which has become the beginning of city morbidity. Today,the biopolitical governance of the city also breeds the common wealth of life,which has become a powerful weapon against the crisis of Biopolitical apparatus,providing the possibility for the benign planning of the city. Based on China’s reality,China’s city governance needs to rationally absorb the “terminological revolution ” given to cities by western biopolitical philosophy,and to critically transcend the limitations of this paradigm to provide theoretical support for the sustainable construction of China’s city civilization and the new form of human civilization.
