废碱焚烧炉高温电袋除尘器电场故障分析及处理

摘要 山东某化工厂废碱焚烧炉配套的高温电袋除尘器在投运后,电场频繁出现短路现象,导致除尘器阻力增大,通过现场调试电场参数、优化除尘器结构,有效解决了废碱焚烧炉高温电袋除尘器电场缺陷,提高了设备的运行稳定性。 After the high-temperature electrostatic bag filter matched with the waste alkali incinerator of a chemical plant in Shandong was put into operation,the electric field frequently appeared short circuit,which led to the increase of the resistance of the dust remover.Through on-site debugging of electric field parameters and optimization of the dust remover structure,the electric field defects of the high-temperature electrostatic bag filter of the waste alkali incinerator were effectively solved,and the operation stability of the equipment was improved.
