创新创业教育对人文社科大学生创业意愿的影响路径研究--基于79922份数据的实证调查 被引量:3

The Influence of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education on the Entrepreneurial Willingness Among College Students of Liberal Arts:An Empirical Survey Based on 79,922 Questionnaires

摘要 本文以文科大学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查分析当前我国文科大学生创新创业教育学习现状,并探究创新创业教育学习、创业自我效能感与文科大学生创业意愿之间的关系。结果表明,文科大学生对创新创业教育总体满意度为中等偏上,但高校创新创业教育仍存在如下问题:创新创业课程类型有待丰富,课程内容与文科专业衔接错位;创新创业竞赛与文科专业融合度较低,创新创业项目落地较为困难;创业实践与服务有待完善,尚未满足文科大学生的创业需求;创新创业师资的质量有待提高,难以发挥文科专业潜在优势。同时,数学模型显示,创新创业教育学习对文科大学生创业意愿具有显著的正向影响,具体影响路径为创新创业教育对中介变量创业自我效能感产生显著正向影响,创业自我效能感对因变量创业意愿产生显著正向影响。在此基础上,本文提出进一步提升文科大学生创新创业教育质量的优化策略。 Innovation and entrepreneurship is an important driving force for the development of a country,and entrepreneurial willingness is one of the important prerequisites for innovative and entrepreneurial behaviors.It is of great significance for college students to cultivate their entrepreneurial willingness,whether it is for themselves or for the country.This paper takes college students of liberal arts as example,collects a total of 79,922 questionnaires from 895 colleges and universities in China,analyzes their current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and explores the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intentions of college students of liberal arts.Results show that the students under study are generally satisfied about the innovation and entrepreneurship education they receive,but there are still problems as follows:the types of innovation and entrepreneurship courses need to be expanded,the content of the course is misaligned with liberal arts majors;entrepreneurial competitions have little to do with liberal arts majors and therefore difficult to implement entrepreneurial projects;entrepreneurial practices and services need to be improved because they have not yet met the entrepreneurial needs of liberal arts students;the quality of entrepreneurship teachers needs to be improved;it is difficult to play the potential advantages of liberal arts majors.Meanwhile,mathematical model show that the such education has a significant positive impact on the entrepreneurial willingness on college students of liberal arts.The path is that innovation and entrepreneurship education have significant positive impact on the intermediary variable entrepreneurial self-efficacy,and the entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on the dependent variable entrepreneurial intention.On this basis,this paper puts forward the following optimization strategies:competency-oriented,to build interdisciplinary integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum system;reform the teaching mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education for liberal arts majors with the idea of integrating knowledge and practice;to nourish a diversified teaching staff team for innovation and entrepreneurship education based on the standard of compatibility and inclusiveness;and aim at creating a sound and healthy psychological atmosphere and entrepreneurial environment.
