摘要
应用型高校教师要达到“高素质”“专业化”“创新型”根本要求,本质上就要具备良好的核心素养结构.其素养结构除强调全面性、专业性、教育性、基础性和可塑性外,还应强化“应用型”指向,并以“应用”为核心元素来统整,形成应用型的高素养、专业化和创新性的复合式结构.应用型高校教师核心素养结构包括三个子系统,涵盖九个核心素养,即知识系统、能力系统和情意系统.其中,知识系统包含三个知识类核心素养,是应用的基础;能力系统包含三个能力类核心素养,是应用的内核;情意系统包含三个情意类核心素养,是应用的保障.
In order to meet the basic requirements of "high quality", "specialization" and "innovation", teachers in application-oriented colleges and universities should possess a good core literacy structure in essence. In addition to the emphasis on comprehensiveness, professionalism, instructiveness, fundamentality and plasticity, the literacy structure should also reinforce the orientation of application, and all other elements be integrated with the core element "application", thus to shape a composite structure of application-oriented high literacy, professionalism and innovation. The core literacy structure of application-oriented university teachers includes three subsystems, covering nine core literacies, namely, knowledge system, ability system and affection system, of which, the knowledge system contains three knowledge core qualities, which are the basis of application;The capability system contains three core competencies, which are the core of the application;The affection system includes three core qualities of affection, which is the safeguard of application.
