摘要
目的系统评价细菌溶解产物对儿童哮喘急性发作频率的影响。方法通过计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、CNKI、万方、VIP、CBM、临床试验注册中心(Clinicaltrials.gov),搜集细菌溶解产物辅助治疗预防哮喘急性加重的随机对照试验,检索时间从建库至2021年3月。由评价员对纳入研究的方法学进行评价,采用RevMan 5.4软件进行meta分析。结果本研究共纳入11篇文献,共1089例患儿。meta分析结果显示:与对照组相比,实验组使用细菌溶解产物辅助治疗能降低哮喘患儿急性发作频率[MD=-2.19,95%CI(-3.83,-0.55),P=0.009]、降低IL-4的水平[MD=-31.54,95%CI(-41.18,-21.90),P<0.00001]、升高INF-γ的水平[MD=19.39,95%CI(7.33,31.45),P=0.002];实验组的不良反应发生率增加[RR=1.64,95%CI(1.01,2.65),P=0.04],但未出现导致停药的严重不良反应。结论细菌溶解产物辅助治疗可降低儿童哮喘急性发作频率,同时改善患儿免疫功能。
Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of Bacterial Lysates(OM-85 BV)on the frequency of acute asthma attacks in children.Methods PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,Clinicaltrials.gov were searched by computer.Randomized controlled trials of adjuvant therapy with OM-85 BV to prevent acute exacerbation of asthma were collected from the establishment of the database to March 2021.The methodology of the included study was evaluated by evaluator,and RevMan 5.4 software was used for meta-analysis.Results A total of 11 articles with 1089 children were included in this study.The results of meta-analysis showed that the experimental group frequency of acute exacerbation asthma children who received OM-85 BV was lower than that of the control group(MD=-2.19,95%CI[-3.83,-0.55],P=0.009),and the level of IL-4(MD=-31.54,95%CI[-41.18,-21.90],P<0.00001)decreased and the level of INF-γ(MD=19.39,95%CI[7.33,31.5],P=0.002)increased.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group increased(RR=1.64,95%CI[1.01,2.65],P=0.04),but there was no serious adverse reactions leading to drug withdrawal.Conclusion OM-85 BV can reduce the frequency of acute asthma attacks and improve the immune function of childre n.
