火龙罐联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔疼痛的效果

Effect of Huolong Cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain

目的探讨火龙罐联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔疼痛的效果及安全性。方法选取2020年12月至2021年11月广东省中医院珠海医院收治的60例慢性盆腔疼痛患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组、实验组,每组各30例。两组均运用中药保留灌肠法,每天1次,连用10次,实验组加上火龙罐治疗,每3天1次,共治疗3次。治疗后观察临床有效率、中医症候积分及疼痛积分。结果实验组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后实验组中医症候积分为(5.58±1.30)分,低于对照组的(8.37±1.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后实验组疼痛评分为(2.03±0.10)分,低于对照组的(3.50±1.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论火龙罐联合中药保留灌肠对慢性盆腔疼痛疗效突出,安全,无明显副作用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of Huolong Cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic pelvic pain admitted to Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Zhuhai Branch from December 2020 to November 2021 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema,once a day for 10 times,and the experimental group was treated with additional Huolong Cupping,once every 3 days for a total of 3 times.The clinical efficiency,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and pain score were observed after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,w hich was higher than that of the control group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the experimental group was(5.58±1.30)points,which was lower than that in the control group(8.37±1.45)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the experimental group was(2.03±0.10)points,which was lower than that of control group(3.50±1.23)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Huolong Cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema is effective and safe for chronic pelvic pain without obvious side effects.
