新生儿寻乳刺激训练结合母婴床旁护理对母乳喂养及主观幸福感的影响

Effect of neonatal lactation stimulation training combined with maternal and infant bedside nursing on breastfeeding and subjective well-being

目的分析新生儿寻乳刺激训练结合母婴床旁护理对纯母乳喂养率、主观幸福感评分、母乳喂养质量评分的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月连云港市赣榆区中医院妇产科分娩的60例产妇,依据产妇意愿将其分为两组,每组各30例。对照组实施传统产科护理,观察组实施新生儿寻乳刺激训练结合母婴床旁护理,比较两组护理效果差异。结果观察组的纯母乳喂养率高于对照组,护理后的主观幸福感评分、母乳喂养质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿寻乳刺激训练结合母婴床旁护理可提高纯母乳喂养率以及产妇的主观幸福感及母乳喂养质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of neonatal lactation stimulation training combined with maternal and infant bedside nursing on the exclusive breastfeeding rate,subjective well-being score,and breastfeeding quality score.Methods A total of 60 puerpera who gave birth in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Ganyu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Lianyungang City from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to the wis hes of the puerpera,30 cas es in each group.T he control group was given traditional obstetric nursing,and the obs ervation group was given neonatal lactation s timulation training combined with maternal and infant bedside nursing,and the differences in nursing effects between the two groups were compared.Results The exclusive breastfeeding rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the scores of subjective well-being and breastfeeding quality after nursing were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Neonatal lactation stimulation training combined with maternal and infant bedside nursing can improve the exclusive breastfeeding rate,maternal subjective well-being and breastfeeding quality.
