家属协同护理联合适时护理对支气管肺炎患儿症状改善、遵医行为的影响

Effect of family cooperative nursing combined with timely nursing on symptom improvement and compliance behavior of children with bronchopneumonia

目的分析家属协同护理联合适时护理对支气管肺炎患儿症状改善、遵医行为的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月徐州医科大学附属医院儿科收治的118例小儿支气管肺炎作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各59例。对照组接受常规护理干预、观察组采用家属协同护理联合适时护理,比较分析两组患儿的症状改善时间以及遵医行为。结果观察组的四项症状改善时间及住院时间短于对照组,观察组患儿的遵医嘱行为优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家属协同护理联合适时护理对支气管肺炎患儿症状改善、遵医行为均有积极的影响。

Objective To analyze the effect of family collaborative nursing combined with timely nursing on symptom improvement and compliance behavior of children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 118 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Department of Pediatrics,Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,59 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received family cooperative nursing combined with timely nursing.The symptom improvement and compliance behavior of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The improvement time of four symptoms and hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the compliance behavior of observation group was better than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family cooperative nursing combined with timely nursing can improve the symptoms of children with bronchopneumonia and positively a ffect their compliance behavior.
