摘要
目的探讨数字医学在输卵管妊娠临床教学中的应用。方法2020年1月至2021年6月运用数字医学技术获得输卵管妊娠破裂的血管三维模型,在深圳市中西医结合医院实习学生中选取48名,采用抽签法随机分为数字医学教学组和传统教学组,每组各24名。分别进行输卵管妊娠临床教学,并对学生进行理论考核及问卷调查,采用SPSS 23.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果两组学生输卵管妊娠相关理论考核成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示数字医学教学组学生教学体验高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过数字医学技术进行临床教学,加深了学生对输卵管妊娠理论知识及应用的理解,提升学生的学习兴趣。
Objective To explore the application of digital medicine in clinical teaching of tubal pregnancy.Methods From January 2020 to June 2021,digital medical technology was used to obtain three-dimensional vascular model of tubal pregnancy rupture,48 students were selected from the internship students of Shenzhen Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital and were randomly divided into digital medical teaching group and traditional teaching group using a lottery method,24 students in each group.SPSS 23.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results There was significant difference in the examination result of tubal pregnancy related theories between the two groups(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that the teaching experience of the digital medical teaching group was higher than that of the traditional teaching group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical teaching through digital medical technology deepens students’understanding of theoretical knowledge and application of tubal pregnancy and enhances their interest in learning.
