四苯乙烯-三苯胺衍生物的合成、聚集荧光增强特性及其在辐致发光中的应用

摘要 传统的同位素光源(RLS)中多采用无机材料ZnS:Cu为荧光粉,其转换效率较低,限制了同位素光源的进一步应用。为了解决传统同位素光源辐光转换效率低的问题,采用聚集诱导发光(AIE)材料作为同位素光源的新型荧光材料,设计并合成了新型AIE分子四苯乙烯-三苯胺衍生物TPE-TPAO和TPE-2TPAO,通过理论计算分析两种材料的辐光转换效率,并通过扫描电子显微镜的阴极射线模拟氚放射源,测试不同电压下材料的发光性能。结果表明,TPE-TPAO和TPE-2TPAO具有典型的AIE行为,其固态绝对量子产率分别高达95.5%和74.9%。TPE-TPAO和TPE-2TPAO的理论辐光转换效率分别为28%和21%。阴极射线下,两种材料的发光强度均随着加速电压的增加而增加,同时其发光强度还与材料的发光效率和粒径相关。 In traditional radioluminescent light sources(RLS), ZnS:Cu is mostly used as the phosphor, but the low conversion efficiency limits its further application. Until now, it is still extremely crucial and fundamental to improve the energy efficiency for this research area. Here, we proposed aggregation-induced emission(AIE) materials as the luminescent materials for RLS to improve the energy efficiency. Two new AIE materials based on tetraphenylvinyl-triphenylamine derivatives, TPE-TPAO and TPE-2 TPAO, were designed and prepared through the Suzuki-Miyaura coupling. The radioluminescence efficiencies of the two materials were established by theoretical calculations. The properties of cathodoluminescent were measured by fluorescence spectrometer to simulate tritium-based radioluminescent light. The conjugation between TPE moieties and triphenylamine derivatives assures that TPE-TPAO and TPE-2 TPAO both possess typical AIE characteristics. The absolute quantum yields of TPE-TPAO and TPE-2 TPAO in solid state are as high as 95.5% and 74.9%, respectively. The calculated energy efficiency of radioluminescence for TPE-TPAO and TPE-2 TPAO are 28% and 21%, respectively. The emission intensity of both materials increased with the increasing of accelerating voltage. At the same time, the cathodoluminescence intensity was related to the luminescence efficiency and particle size of materials. The research provided theoretical and experimental basis for the further acquisition of high-efficiency radioluminescence devices.
