河北省县域经济空间格局演变与增长趋同

Evolution of the Economic Spatial Pattern and the Convergence of Growth in the Counties of Hebei Province

2010年以来,精准扶贫、京津冀协同发展和建设河北雄安新区等重大决策先后落地实施,对河北省县域经济空间格局演变和增长趋同产生了重要影响。应用空间计量经济方法,对河北省县域经济空间格局演变和趋同性研究发现,优势县域逐步向唐山、石家庄、廊坊—雄安、邯郸—邢台西部四区域集聚,而低发展水平县向中等发展水平县的跃迁推动了河北省县域经济走向σ趋同,全省县域经济发展差距逐步缩小。“十四五”期间应积极推进冀东优势发展集聚区、环京津和临雄安优势发展区、省会带动下的中南部优势发展区以及南部优势发展区,从而实现河北省县域经济的总体突破。

Since 2010,major decisions made by the central government such as targeted poverty alleviation,the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the construction of Xiong’an New Area have been implemented successively,which has had an important impact on the evolution of the economic spatial pattern and growth convergence of counties in Hebei Province.This paper applies spatial econometric methods to study the evolution process of the economic spatial pattern and convergence of county economy of Hebei Province,and finds out that advantageous county economy mainly focus on the following four regions—Tangshan,Shijiazhuang,Langfang and Xiong’an New Area,Handan and western part of Xingtai.The transformation of counties from lower level development to mid level development has promoted the economic convergence of Hebei counties towardsσand the gap of economic development among the counties in Hebei is being narrowed.During the“14th-five-year plan”period,we should further develop advantageous agglomeration of the eastern part of Hebei Province,advantageous region around Beijing,Tianjin and Xiong’an New Area,south central advantageous region led by provincial capital and southern advantageous region,so as to achieve overall breakthrough in the county economy of Hebei Province.
