多学科OA缓慢响应现象量化评价研究

Quantitative evaluation of multidisciplinary OA slow response phenomenon

文章研究了开放获取(OA)论文的缓慢响应现象,并提出了量化评价这一现象的复合指标,为OA评价提供了新视角。本研究以2000—2001年发表的2240篇OA论文为研究对象,将论文按学科分类,展示各学科缓慢响应现象的不同情况及特点,为量化比较这一现象,提出多维度描述OA论文缓慢响应现象的复合指标SR{T,n,C,N},并且在学科和论文层面验证了该指标的适用性,为OA缓慢响应现象的后续研究提供辅助。

This paper studies the slow response phenomenon of open access(OA)papers,and proposes a composite index for quantitative evaluation of this phenomenon,which provides a new perspective for OA evaluation.This research takes 2240 OA papers published from 2000 to 2001 as the research object,classifies the papers according to disciplines,and shows the different situations and characteristics of slow response phenomenon in various disciplines.In order to quantitatively compare this phenomenon,a multi-dimensional composite index SR{T,n,C,N}describing slow response phenomenon in OA papers is proposed,and the applicability of this index is verified at the discipline and paper levels,providing assistance for the follow-up research of slow response phenomenon in OA.
