摘要
随着开采深度的增加,多绳摩擦提升系统被广泛应用在深竖井中,但机械性能差别、制造误差、提升系统运行特性等因素会导致提升系统在运行过程中钢丝绳间受力不均衡,使部分钢丝绳产生滑动,增加系统维护量,缩短钢丝绳使用寿命。针对以上问题,从钢丝绳受力不均的机理切入,以陈耳金矿为例,对其深竖井首绳悬挂装置进行了选型计算,从而选择合适的首绳悬挂装置,使维护作业由每隔1周维护1次改为每年维护1次或2次,钢丝绳使用寿命基本可达到2 a。
With increasing depth,the multi-rope friction hoister system is widely used in deep vertical shafts.However,due to the mechanical performance difference,manufacture errors and operational characteristics of the hoister system,the force between steel ropes does not balance during the operation of the system,causing a slide of part of the steel ropes,leading to more hoister system maintenance workload and shortening the life of steel ropes.In light of these problems,based on the mechanism of unbalanced force between steel ropes,in the case study of Chener Gold Mine,type selection calculation of initial rope suspension device in deep shafts is carried out to select the proper initial suspension device.With it,the maintenance operation changes from once every other week to once or twice every year,and the life of steel ropes can basically reach 2 a.
