摘要 为有效降低造纸法再造烟叶提取液含渣量,采用壳聚糖絮凝沉降降低提取液中的悬浮物,探究了壳聚糖的添加量和反应时间对提取液含渣量的影响,结果表明:烟梗提取液、叶末提取液中壳聚糖添加量为0.0050%,反应时间为2h时,通过静置,可有效去除提取液中的悬浮物,净化提取液。 In order to effectively reduce the residue content in the extract of paper-making reconstituted tobacco leaves,chitosan flocculation sedimentation was used to reduce the suspended solids in the extract.The effects of the addition amount of chitosan and reaction time on the residue content in the extract were investigated.The results showed that when the addition amount of chitosan in the extract of tobacco stem and the extract of leaf end was 0.0050%and the reaction time was 2h,the suspended solids in the extract could be effectively removed and the extract could be purified by standing.
