关于高职院校“1+X”证书制度的实施情况与调研分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Implementation of"1+X"Certificate System in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着2019年国家启动高等职业院校和应用本科院校“1+X”证书制度试点工作开始,职业教育迎来了高速发展。在推动职业教育的改革与发展过程中,发现“1+X”证书制度试点工作在落实环节仍然存在一些不足。为了更好地推进“1+X”制度,本文通过对学生、高职院校和公司开展调研,通过问卷调查的方法用以了解当前存在的不足。最终给出解决问题的建议,通过政府的激励政策、企业的大力支持、学校的积极配合、学生积极参与等多方面融合促进,才能推进“1+X”证书制度更稳、更快、更好的落实,为我国高等职业教育“1+X”制度的实施和培育人才质量的提高提供一定参考。

With the start of the pilot work of the"1+X"certificate system for higher vocational colleges and applied undergraduate colleges in 2019,vocational education has ushered in rapid development.In the process of promoting the reform and development of vocational education,it is found that there are still some deficiencies in the implementation of the pilot work of the"1+X"certificate system.In order to better promote the"1+X"system,this paper conducts research on students,vocational colleges and companies,and uses the method of questionnaire survey to understand the current shortcomings.Finally,suggestions to solve the problem are given.Through the government's incentive policy,the strong support of enterprises,the active cooperation of schools,and the active participation of students,we can promote the implementation of the"1+X"certificate system more stable,faster,and better,and provide some reference for the implementation of the"1+X"system of higher vocational education in China and the improvement of the quality of talent cultivation.
