基于应变片传感器的盾尾间隙实时测量系统研制及应用

摘要 针对非接触式盾尾间隙测量系统环境适应性差、精度低、造价高的缺陷,研制了一种基于应变片传感器的盾尾间隙实时测量装置并开发了相应的软件.采用应变片传感器进行角度测量,再经数学拟合计算得出距离值,实现了盾尾间隙的测量.该系统进行了试验与应用,达到了较好的应用效果.测量系统可实现对盾尾间隙的连续实时测量,测量数据可以远程读取,测量效率高;机械式测量精度相对较高,实测结果误差在1mm以内;硬件成本较低,仅为非接触式造价五分之一,可有效降低工程成本. Aiming at the defects of poor environmental adaptability,low precision and high cost of non-contact shield tail clearance measurement system,a real-time measurement device for shield tail clearance based on strain gauge sensor is developed,and the corresponding software is developed. The angle is measured by strain gauge sensor,and then the distance is calculated by mathematical fitting to realize the measurement of shield tail clearance.The system has been tested and applied,and a good application effect has been achieved. The measurement system can realize the continuous real-time measurement of shield tail clearance. The measurement data can be read remotely,and the measurement efficiency is high. The mechanical measurement accuracy is relatively high,and the error of the measured results is within 1 mm. The hardware cost is low,only one fifth of the non-contact cost,which can effectively reduce the project cost.
