新时代共同富裕话语是基于美好生活诉求、反映共建共享共富思想而形成的语言表达与凝练,体现着人民群众对于共同富裕生活的期盼,是理论逻辑、历史逻辑与现实逻辑共同作用的结果。理论逻辑层面,它汲取了我国古代先贤哲人朴素的社会理想和马克思主义人本思想的精华;历史逻辑层面,它是从中国近代以来不同历史时期“求安”“求有”“求富”“求同”的话语演变中发展而来;现实逻辑层面,它是对中国现实发展要求做出的话语回应。

The discourse of common prosperity in the new era is based on the demand of a better life and reflects the interpratetion and condensation formed by the idea of building and sharing common prosperity,which embodies the people’s expectation of a common prosperous life.It is the result of the combination of theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic.On the theoretical logic level,it draws on the simple social ideals of the ancient sages and philosophers of our country and the essence of Marxist human-oriented thought;on the historical logic level,it develops from the evolution of the discourses of “seeking security”,“seeking to have”,“seeking wealth” and “seeking common ground”;on the level of realistic logic,it is a discourse response to the requirements of China’s realistic development.
