Rural revitalization strategy:A visual display of knowledge graph——Research progress,hot spot analysis and trend prospect

中国式现代化是全体人民共同富裕的现代化,实施乡村振兴战略是实现高质量发展和促进共同富裕的战略选择。以2018—2021年CNKI数据库收录的3 472篇CSSCI期刊论文为数据样本,运用计量分析方法和CiteSpace知识图谱软件,分析乡村振兴战略正式提出以来该学术领域的发展现状,结合时代背景和政策变迁解读乡村振兴研究的热点和演变历程,进而梳理乡村振兴研究的发展脉络特征与热点变迁的内在逻辑。研究表明:乡村振兴相关研究成果的数量呈现大幅增长及波动上升的趋势,预测未来将会平稳增长;学界围绕政策变迁和城乡发展的现实状况,基于振兴主体和振兴方式拓展了众多学术研究增长点,乡村振兴领域形成了“政策解读—内涵界定—困境剖析—实践路径—发展模式”的研究演变脉络;最后,从创新乡村振兴原创性理论、拓展研究内容和视角、丰富研究方法使用层面对新时期乡村振兴研究的发展进行了展望。

Chinese modernization is the modernization of common prosperity for all people.The implementation of rural revitalization strategy is a strategic choice to achieve high-quality development and promote common prosperity.With the elimination of absolute poverty and the advent of the post-poverty alleviation era,rural revitalization research has further expanded its perspectives and methods.The disciplines involved include agronomy,economics,management,sociology and many other fields.The research methods combine case studies with theoretical constructions,and qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,and have produced numerous research results with guiding value for practice.This paper analyzes the development process and characteristics of China’s rural revitalization research,aiming to enrich the large samples and all-round objective research on rural revitalization and provide reference for related theories,policies and application research.Demonstrating and summarizing the overall pattern and lineage of domestic rural revitalization strategy research is of great theoretical and practical significance to understand and grasp the inner logical relationship between rural revitalization and common prosperity and Chinese-style modernization,and to strengthen the research on related theoretical topics.Since the release of the Central Document No.1 in 2018,China has continued to promote the deployment and implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and the research results in the field of rural revitalization have been all-embracing.Based on this,the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) is used as the search source,and the time of collecting sample literature is set within January 1,2018-December 31,2021,and 3 795 documents are obtained after retrieval and processing.The econometric analysis method and CiteSpace have been used to analyze the development status of this academic field since the rural revitalization strategy was officially proposed.The hotspots and evolution of rural revitalization research are interpreted in the context of the times and policy changes,and then the characteristics of the development of rural revitalization research and the internal logic of the changes of hotspots are sorted out.The number of research results related to rural revitalization shows a trend of substantial growth to a fluctuating rise,and is predicted to grow steadily in the future.Since the implementation of rural revitalization strategy was proposed in the report of the 19 th Party Congress,the research fervor has continued to rise and numerous high-quality research results have formed.The number of publications has continued to rise and has taken shape as a framework for rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics,providing the world,especially developing countries,with a new model for rural development.The number of publications is expected to rise further in the future,as the current period of exploring high-quality rural development models is underway.Academics have expanded many academic research growth points based on the revitalization subjects and revitalization methods,closely following the policy changes and the real situation of urban and rural development.The field of rural revitalization has formed a research evolution of “policy interpretation-connotation definition-dilemma analysis-practice path-development model”.Based on the evolution of research hotspots and time zone mapping analysis,scholars have broken through the limited thinking of pure economic development.With “five revitalizations” as the secondary vein,many academic growth points have generated,linking new rural construction,urban-rural integration,and rural revitalization systematically from the perspective of linkage,and focusing on macro policy requirements and concrete feasible measures for rural revitalization.The development of rural revitalization research in the new era is envisioned in terms of innovation of original theories of rural revitalization,expansion of research contents and perspectives,and enrichment of research methods using dimensions.From the research frontier,it focuses on the effective connection of policies related to poverty eradication and rural revitalization,and the construction of a new development pattern in the countryside.The goal of achieving common prosperity for the people in high-quality development constantly explores the hidden incremental space of the countryside in the large domestic cycle.Rural governance and construction work should be empowered with science and technology,and the participation of multiple subjects is attracted,thus continuously innovating rural development models.Overall,the future strategic plan for rural revitalization should be upgraded on the basis of poverty eradication,with the ultimate goal of achieving common prosperity,promoting high-quality rural development and realizing Chinese-style modernization.Aiming at the extensiveness of governance objects and the universality of governance performance,it focuses on the comprehensive development of people.Establishing a long-term mechanism of governance under the framework of rural revitalization strategy puts forward higher requirements on the construction of theoretical systems,research contents and perspectives,and research methods.
