摘要
为满足厦门第二东通道A2标深海区预制墩台零星吊装施工需求,减少浮吊使用数量,结合随车吊的上车部分,按照“油改电”的思路,改制电动伸缩臂吊后投入使用。从墩台下节段完成吊装之后的工作场景入手,分析实际需求,叙述了设计构想,并结合三维软件仿真建模模拟各方案优缺点,以及基础机架的设计、布置和安装。
In order to meet the needs of sporadic hoisting construction of prefabricated piers and abutments in the deep-sea area of lot A2 of the Xiamen Second East Passageway and reduce the number of floating cranes, the project management department has reformed the electric telescopic boom crane and put it into use according to the idea of “replacing oil with electricity”. Starting from the working scene after the hoisting of the lower section of the pier and abutment, in this paper the actual needs are analyzed, the design concept is described, and the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme are simulated combined with 3 D software simulation modeling, and the design, layout and installation of the basic rack are further introduced.
