摘要
在厦门第二东通道预制墩台安装施工过程中,湿接缝施工对止水要求较高。若止水效果不好,将会直接影响湿接缝的施工质量和耐久性。为解决湿接缝施工时的止水问题,运用分离式柔性止水结构实现承台预留孔与钢管桩之间的止水,使用无预埋件钢套箱实现预制承台顶面与钢套箱的止水,并成功在23个墩台安装施工中使用,表明该止水施工工艺可行。
During the installation and construction of prefabricated piers and abutments of the Xiamen Second East Passage Project, the construction of wet joint imposes high requirements for water stop. The effect of water stop will directly affect the construction quality and durability of the wet joint. In order to solve the problem of water stop during wet joint construction, the separated flexible water stop structure is used to realize the water stop between the reserved hole of the bearing platform and the steel pipe pile, and the steel casing without embedded parts is used to realize the water stop between the top surface of the prefabricated bearing platform and the steel casing. The scheme has been successfully used in the installation and construction of 23 piers and abutments of the Project, which shows that the water stop construction technology is feasible.
