跨海大桥装配式墩台吊装与自动调位技术

Erection and Automatic Positioning Technology of Fabricated Pile and Abutment for Sea-crossing Bridge

摘要 基于海洋环境风浪潮等恶劣环境因素及特殊要求,需要建立区别于陆地墩台施工技术的海上墩台施工体系。在结合境内外已建特大型跨海桥梁桩基施工经验的基础上,根据厦门翔安大桥工程实际,着重对跨海大桥装配式墩台吊装与自动调位技术进行了系统研究,对海洋环境下墩台施工中遇到的各项问题提出了相应的解决对策,并为类似项目提供了参考借鉴。 Based on the harsh environmental factors and special requirements such as marine environment, wind and wave, it is necessary to establish an offshore pier and abutment construction system different from land pier and abutment construction technology. Based on the construction experience of pile foundation of super large sea-crossing bridge at home and abroad, and according to the actual situation of Xiamen Xiang’an Bridge project, in this paper, systematic studies of the hoisting and automatic positioning technology of fabricated pier and abutment of sea-crossing bridge are carried out, corresponding countermeasures for various problems encountered in pier and abutment construction in marine environment are put forward so as to provide reference for similar projects.
