浅海域钢管复合桩施工技术的研究与应用 被引量:1

Study and Application of Construction Technology of Steel Pipe Composite Pile in Shallow Sea Area

摘要 厦门第二东通道工程的桩基为钢管复合桩,沉桩精度要求高。借助于栈桥钻孔桩平台,设计研发了卧于钻孔平台主梁以下的双层导向架。该导向架的上、下层通过螺栓连接,可整体吊装及拆卸,以确保振动锤组能够通过。每层导向架设置8个高强尼龙轮,可在2层8个方向上对钢管桩进行调整,以确保钢管桩的沉桩精度。采用承插式护筒与钢管桩接长至平台顶面,冲击钻成孔,浇筑混凝土后整体拔除钢筋笼周转至下一墩位使用。该施工技术应用于厦门第二东通道工程,取得了良好效果,可为类似项目提供借鉴。 The pile foundation of the Xiamen Second Passageway project is with steel pipe composite pile structure, requiring high sinking accuracy of steel pipe pile. With the help of trestle bored pile platform design, this technology develops a double-layer guide frame lying below the main beam of the drilling platform. The upper and lower layers of the guide frame are connected by bolts and can be lifted and disassembled as a whole to ensure that the vibrating hammer group can pass through. Each layer of guide frame is equipped with 8 high Johnny wheels, which can adjust the steel pipe pile in two layers and eight directions to ensure the pile sinking accuracy of steel pipe pile. The socket pile casing and steel pipe pile shall be extended to the top surface of the platform, and the hole shall be drilled by impact drilling. After pouring concrete, the reinforcement cage shall be pulled out as a whole and reused at the next pier. This set of technology has been developed and applied in the Xiamen Second Passageway project and achieved good results, which can provide experience reference and promotion for similar projects.
